Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in the staffing or customer service industry with relevant and successful experience in business development and interpersonal contact.
  • Ability to use the telephone to close and track candidates as well as assist clients in negotiated employment offers.
  • Possess excellent customer service relationship building skills.
  • Must have interviewing, testing, and candidates evaluation skills.
  • Possess exceptional time management skills along with being detail oriented and the ability to work with little supervision and a sense of urgency.
  • Must be computer literate and have experience with MS Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.
  • Handle tasks and priorities without losing composure and focus in a fast paced environment.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Requirements

  • Installs, configures, upgrades and maintains end user computer systems and user access rights per corporate standards.
  • Performs network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems
  • Supports hardware and software components as required and has the ability to troubleshoot these; such as PCs, printers, copiers, switches and servers, and phones.
  • Installs, configures, upgrades and maintains end user computer and phone systems.
  • Provides support and training for standard company software
  • Possesses technical knowledge and is capable of administering the standard network operating system environment
  • Interfaces with IT management and other IT personnel for overall equipment standardization and hardware requirements.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees in the organization.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
