The Hiring Process:
Step 1: The Consultation
- Whether you apply online or in person, the process begins with a review of your resume. Our staff learns more about your skills, goals and background.
Step 2: The Interview
- We invite you to come in and meet with a member of our recruitment team. We'll discuss your professional goals and what type of position you're looking for.
Step 3: The Reference Check
- In order to be considered for positions with our client partners, you'll need to provide a number of professional references (which we'll then follow up with before moving forward.)
Step 4: The Second Interview
- Once we've found a good fit for you, you'll interview with the prospective employer. Your recruiter will provide preliminary interview assistance - to include coaching - as well as vital information regarding the organization's background.
Step 5: Follow up
- Once you're hired and have completed your first day on the job, TeamGlobal will check in with you and your immediate supervisor to confirm that you're both happy with the placement. We'll also stay in touch with both of you throughout your assignment.
