Employee Request Form

How much will it cost my company?

Generally your cost will be negotiated when we discuss our Master Service Agreement (MSA) with you. Our MSA is an agreement not a contract and covers how we (TeamGlobal and your firm) will do business if and when we do business. Our MSA rates are generally expressed in a percentage mark up over the direct labor rate of the position(s) you are looking to fill. The percentage mark up is determined by the cost of state and federal tax rates, insurances, benefits, and recruiting costs for your particular location and industry. The direct labor rate is determined by your firm with our guidance concerning prevailing market prices for the position(s) requested. TeamGlobal is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price and will work with you to make sure that the cost stays within your budget.

What is the process for finding employees through TeamGlobal?

Once a Master Service Agreement (MSA) is in place, our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. TeamGlobal will get the full details of the position from you in order to send only the most qualified applicants for the position. Once we have located a qualified candidate, we submit their resume to you for review and feedback. Feedback is essential as it allows us to refocus our recruitment effort if the candidate did not, in your estimation, meet the job requirements.

How long will it take to have an employee in our company?

The time frame for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary based on our current candidate base and the specific requirements of your position. Since we are committed to sending only the most qualified applicants, we request that you review each resume and give us immediate feedback if they do or do not meet your requirements. If they do meet your requirements, you are welcome to do a telephone or in person (depending on location) interview, or you can make an offer and upon acceptance, we will begin the hiring process.

What kind of background checks do you provide?

Since TeamGlobal is the employer, we will background and employment reference check the prospective employee in accordance with our internal hiring requirements; however if you request a more extensive background investigation, we will conduct a background investigation in accordance with your company’s requirements.

Do you provide Drug Testing?

Drug testing is provided by TeamGlobal in accordance with the FAA-DOT requirements for specific DOT safety sensitive positions. We will also conduct drug screens in accordance with your own hiring requirements. However testing such as respiratory checks, physicals, etc may be billable back to you, the client, depending on the specific testing requirements.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by TeamGlobal?

Section 1.04 in our MSA states that if the client requests, we will remove unsatisfactory employees and replace such persons with other employees as soon as possible.

What kind of jobs do you fill?

TeamGlobal is a full-service staffing company. We handle positions in the Aviation Maintenance and Modification industry, the Aerospace and Defense industry, Aerospace and Aviation Manufacturing industry, as well as Information Technology positions across several industry verticals.

Why should I use your service instead of filling the position on my own?

TeamGlobal works in partnership not in competition with clients. We are able to facilitate your employment needs to allow you the freedom to address more pressing internal issues.

By using TeamGlobal, the hiring risk is out of your hands. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them and you have not made the investment of hiring them onto your payroll. We cover workers' compensation and unemployment costs as well as taking away the stress of recruiting and sorting though applicants for the ones who are qualified. TeamGlobal invests in our own employees by providing training and certification for all of our office staff. We can be a resource to you when questions arise about staffing and employment needs.

Job Seeker FAQs

How do I search for a job or submit a job inquiry?

We've made our job search tool as easy to use as possible so you can focus on finding and getting the job you want! You can customize your search so that you only see what you're looking for.

We list only the jobs we have available in the dropdown menus! If we aren't currently offering a job you're looking for, you can submit a "General Inquiry" (located under the search bar) and let us know what you're looking for, and upload your resume. We will contact you as soon as we find what you're looking for!

What is involved in the application process?

The first and most important item is your resume. If you see a position that interest you, you need to press the inquire button at the bottom of the position description. You will be forwarded to a screen that will ask you some relevant contact information and for you to upload your resume.

When we receive your request, you will be contacted by a recruiter about the specific position you indicated in your inquiry. The recruiter will discuss your resume and the position with you giving you full details. The recruiter may also discuss other positions that may fit your background and experience. If you agree to be submitted to a position, the recruiter may ask you for further information and will inform you of the time frame to expect a reply and that you may have to go through an telephone or personal (depending on location) interview with the client.

If the submittal process is successful and an offer is made, you have the opportunity to accept or decline the offer. If you accept, the hiring process will begin which will require a more formal application process complete with background investigation and drug testing (if required). At this time, a start date will be set and you will be given full instructions on when and where to report for duty.

How soon can I start working?

Once your resume has been submitted to our client and you have been approved and accepted an offer, our On-Boarding department will work with you to complete paperwork and arrange a start date.

How often should I contact your office after an interview?

You may check in with your TeamGlobal recruiter based on their discussion with you. The check in may be by email, text, or telephone. You must check in with your recruiter if there is any substantial change in your employment status or availability. We realize that it is not always convenient for you to check in on a daily basis, therefore you are simply encouraged to stay in touch with our office so we are aware of your availability.

What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered? Is it all right to turn it down?

Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer other positions to you based on your skills and preferences.

What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?

We realize that not every job is a good fit for you and that sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees and they can expect the same TeamGlobal.

What do I pay for your services?

You will not pay for any of the services TeamGlobal provides.

How can I stay informed about open positions?

All of our positions are posted to the job board on our website and that job board is refreshed very often during the business week. Since our job board is mobile friendly, you check for new positions in your job skill at any time.
